Custom Silicone Gaskets Cut to Size — Instant Quote

Custom Silicone Gaskets Cut to Size — Instant Quote

View full details

Custom silicone gaskets, cut to your exact size and shipped in one business day. Enter your dimensions in the quoter above for an instant price. We CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) every silicone gasket to order and hold ±0.015". Silicone cuts up to 32.5" x 32.5" in every thickness. No minimum order.

Silicone is the gasket material to pick when heat is the problem. It stays flexible and keeps sealing from -65°F to +450°F, which covers ovens, heaters, HVAC equipment, lighting and most hot enclosures. It also holds up to ozone, UV and weather, so it works outdoors.

It is not the right choice for oil or fuel. Silicone swells in petroleum, so use Buna-N for oil, or Viton for fuel and heat together.

Silicone seals in any shape

We cut rings, rectangles, discs, flange gaskets with bolt holes, and any shape from your drawing. For a simple shape, pick a template: ring gaskets, rectangular and square gaskets, disc gaskets or flange gaskets. Have a print or CAD file? Where silicone gaskets work well

  • Oven doors, heaters, kilns and other heat equipment
  • HVAC units, blowers and duct access panels
  • Light fixtures and electrical enclosures that run warm
  • Outdoor covers and housings that sit in sun and weather
  • Pads and spacers that need to stay soft in the cold

How to order

  1. Choose a shape above, or upload a DXF for a custom part.
  2. Pick silicone and a thickness (1/16" to 1/4").
  3. Enter your dimensions. The quoter shows your price right away.
  4. Order by 2PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, and it ships in one business day. Large orders may take longer.

Silicone gasket FAQ

What temperature can silicone gaskets handle?
Our silicone is rated from -65°F to +450°F. That is a wider range than EPDM or neoprene, and it stays flexible in the cold.

What thicknesses do you offer?
1/16", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4". Every thickness can be cut up to 32.5" x 32.5".

How hard is your silicone?
Our standard silicone is 60 Shore A, and other durometers are available on request. 60A is medium-soft, so it fills uneven surfaces without needing a lot of bolt force.

How fast will my silicone gasket ship?
In one business day. Orders placed by 2PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, ship the next business day. Large orders may take longer.

How accurate are the cuts?
We CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015".

Can I get silicone gaskets with adhesive backing?
Yes. Adhesive-backed silicone comes in 1/16" to 1/4", and adhesive-backed silicone foam in 1/8" to 1/4".

Can silicone handle oil or fuel?
No. Silicone swells in petroleum oil and fuel. Use Buna-N for oil, or Viton for fuel with high heat.

Can you cut a custom shape from my drawing?
Yes. Upload a DXF file on our DXF page and you get an instant price on the exact shape, with no minimum order.

Which material should I pick?

Full comparison on our Materials Guide.

  • Hot parts with oil or fuel (engines, exhaust) → Viton (FKM)
  • Hot parts, no oil (ovens, HVAC) → Silicone
  • Oil or fuel (pumps, hydraulics, petroleum) → Buna-N (Nitrile) — or Viton for higher heat
  • Water / outdoor / sun → EPDM
  • General automotive or light oil → Neoprene
  • Chemicals / aggressive fluids → PTFE (Teflon) — or Viton for high heat plus chemicals
  • Soft seal / uneven surfaces / low pressure → Cork blends

We CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015″. Up to 32.5″ × 32.5″ for most materials; the quote tool shows the exact limit for the one you pick. Ships in one business day. Large orders may take longer.

How to measure

  1. Measure the outside size — diameter for rounds, or length × width for rectangles and squares.
  2. Measure the inside opening and any holes (ID, bolt holes, bolt circle if it is a flange).
  3. Note the thickness you need — pick it in the quoter.
  4. Enter sizes in inches.
  5. Already have a drawing? Upload a DXF for an instant price.
