What is a disc gasket?
A disc gasket is a solid circular gasket with no center hole, cut to a specified outer diameter. It is used to cover or seal a round opening or flange face.
What size disc gaskets can you cut?
Up to 32.5″ in diameter for most materials. Viton and PTFE discs go up to 12″, and neoprene foam up to 24″. Enter your diameter in the quote tool and it tells you if it fits the material you pick. No minimum order.

How to measure
- Measure the outside size — diameter for rounds, or length × width for rectangles and squares.
- Measure the inside opening and any holes (ID, bolt holes, bolt circle if it is a flange).
- Note the thickness you need — pick it in the quoter.
- Enter sizes in inches.
