How fast can I get a price for my custom gasket? You can get an instant price in seconds. Just enter your dimensions or upload a DXF file — no waiting days for a quote like traditional suppliers.
What is the minimum order quantity? There is no minimum order. You can order just 1 gasket if that’s all you need.
What materials do you offer? We offer a wide range including: Viton®, Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, Buna-N (Nitrile), FDA Buna-N, Natural Rubber, Cork/Rubber blends, Paper Fiber, and Expanded PTFE. See full comparison → Materials Guide
How accurate is your CNC cutting? We cut with tight tolerances of ±0.015 inches on most materials using high-precision CNC machines.
What file format should I use for custom shapes? DXF is the best and most accurate format. We also support simple dimension entry on our pre-made designs (disc, exhaust, rectangular, capsule/slot, etc.).
Can you make exhaust gaskets, flange gaskets, or rectangular gaskets? Yes! We have dedicated customizers for:

What thicknesses are available? Common thicknesses are 1/16", 1/8", and 1/4". Many materials are also available in other thicknesses — just ask if you need something specific.
How long does shipping take? We ship across the entire United States. Most orders are processed quickly and ship within a few business days.
Do you offer volume discounts for larger orders? Yes — the more you order, the lower the per-piece price. You’ll see the discounted pricing automatically in our instant quote tool.
Are your gaskets suitable for high-temperature or oil/fuel applications? Absolutely. Viton is excellent for high heat and aggressive chemicals/fuels. Silicone handles extreme temperatures, EPDM is perfect for outdoor and water exposure, and Buna-N is ideal for oil and hydraulic systems.
