Three ways to order a custom gasket
- Have a drawing or CAD file? Upload your DXF. You get a price on the exact outline, with every hole and cutout.
- Simple shape? Pick a template and type in your dimensions: rectangular and square gaskets, ring gaskets, disc gaskets or flange gaskets with bolt holes.
- Replacing an old gasket? Measure it with the measuring guide, then use the matching template.
Custom gasket cut to print
If you have a print, export the gasket outline as a DXF at 1:1 scale, in inches or millimeters, with closed outlines for the outside edge and every hole. Upload it and the quoter shows your price in each material and thickness that fits the part. Up to 32.5" x 32.5" for most materials; Viton and PTFE go up to 18" x 12".

Do I need a DXF?
No. Rectangles, squares, rings, discs and bolted flanges have templates where you just type in the dimensions.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single gasket.
How big can a custom gasket be?
Up to 32.5" x 32.5" for most materials. Viton and PTFE go up to 18" x 12". The quoter checks your size against the material you pick.
How fast do custom gaskets ship?
In one business day. Orders placed by 2PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, ship the next business day. Large orders may take longer.
How accurate are the cuts?
We CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015".

- Hot parts, no oil (ovens, HVAC) → Silicone
- Oil or fuel (pumps, hydraulics, petroleum) → Buna-N (Nitrile) — or Viton for higher heat
- Water / outdoor / sun → EPDM

How to measure
- Measure the outside size — diameter for rounds, or length × width for rectangles and squares.
- Measure the inside opening and any holes (ID, bolt holes, bolt circle if it is a flange).
- Note the thickness you need — pick it in the quoter.
- Enter sizes in inches.
