Step 1: Identify Your Gasket Type
We make it easy with pre-made designs or fully custom uploads:
- Disc / Round Gaskets → Just need the diameter
- Exhaust or Flange Gaskets → OD, ID, bolt circle, bolt hole size
- Rectangular / Square Gaskets → Length, width, radius corners if needed
- Capsule / Slot Gaskets → Length and diameter
- Fully Custom Shape → Upload your DXF file
Step 2: How to Measure Your Gasket (Simple & Accurate)
For Round / Disc Gaskets Measure the outside diameter (OD) across the widest point.
For Exhaust / Flange / Full-Face Gaskets (most common) You need 4 measurements:
- Outer Diameter (OD) – edge to edge
- Inner Diameter (ID) – hole in the center
- Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD or PCD) – center of one bolt hole to center of the opposite bolt hole
- Bolt Hole Diameter – size of each bolt hole
Tip: Use calipers for best accuracy. If you don’t have one, a tape measure works fine for most jobs.
